Her proactiveness to get our existing / outstanding changes organised into a clear structure to enable it to be much clearer of what actions are outstanding and by who…this is something that really was needed. The Shadow Alliance Team have been working with Jennifer since July on integrating the Alliance Contract Change Control Process with the wider HS2 Change Governance architecture. In her time at Rail Systems Jennifer has provided a fresh, innovative and proactive approach to the change management process. In a very short time Jennifer has been able to assimilate the current status and ascertain the changes that needed to be made to make the change process suitable for when contracts will become live.
