I’ve held pivotal roles in renowned organisations such as HS2, West Midlands Trains, Highways England, and National Grid, where I have led high-profile change projects, facilitated complex process changes, championed continuous improvement initiatives and upskilled business teams to be the best they can be with a sprinkle of pixie dust, a dash of technique and a pinch of persistence.
